"From start to finish HomeSpec was my choice after several estimates. From when Zach came out for my estimate, he got under my crawl space when others would not, saying it was too low. After accepting their services, it didn’t take long, and Kevin with his crew were at the house, and on time, and during the coldest temps of the year in late January. Having a couple minor setback due to the extreme cold, they still completed on time! Brian, the project manager, stayed in constant contact with me through everything!Everyone was very polite, professional, and respectful to my home. They came out to look and I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and candor. The first rep did not try to pressure sell me and even expressed skepticism that they could fix the problem. He called in other resources from the company to inspect it and offer their assessments. After careful examination and consultation with each other they determined that sealing the wall from the inside was feasible.
