Kevin quoted a very reasonable price, for the project which included a start and end date, for the job. The project was started and finished within the scheduled time. Kevin is excellent with communicating what is going to happen, on the project, on a regular basis. He also answers any question you may have during the course of the job. His people are very professional and skilled, at all aspects of the project. In addition to the construction Kevin also handled all of the paper work including filing the plans, which we had already prepared, through to delivery of the C of O. Kevin also provided additional value, to the project, which just made it better, at no extra cost. We are very pleased with our new 3 season room and highly recommend Kevin Babcock, General Contractor."

One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies.
