"Rob, the owner of the company, provided a price quote in an extremely prompt manner. After we came to a mutual agreement, I appreciated the way he structured our contract to include progress payments based on the completion of various work phases and not on specific dates. He remodeled my kitchen by performing many tasks such as tearing out the old kitchen; installing new flooring, cabinets; LED can lights, a new garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave oven, and backsplash; building floating shelves; relocating a ceiling fan; and re-connecting all appliances. When challenges arose because of a faulty design by another firm, Rob was quick to provide thoughtful alternative methods to overcome the design flaws. He worked diligently throughout the process, rarely stopping to eat lunch. Finally, when the work was completed, Rob did a fantastic job of removing machine dust from the exterior of the cabinets, the backsplash, large appliances, and the flooring. The kitchen was so gleaming and beautiful that I didn’t want to use it for a few days. All discarded cabinet boxes and other debris were removed in an orderly manner. "Rod was fantastic to work with. Our neighbor hired him years ago to remodel her bathroom. We saw the excellent quality of work that he performed with her shower. She recommended him to us during our search for quotes. He was very responsive and quickly came out and gave us a quote for the job. His price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. We were having a master bath/shower combo taken out and wanted a new tiled walk in shower. Rod had great ideas and suggestions that fit with what we were wanting while being very functional.
