"I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I"

"Awesome! I have used David and Fabulous Floors many times in the past. He is always super responsive and his team does an amazing job with repairing & refinishing floors. I would recommend David and his team to any of my clients!"

"Awesome experience. They were timely, professional, transparent about pricing, and their install went flawlessly. I could not recommend them more! We got a new shower with their marble Bella Stone product and a frameless glass door. I cannot believe how amazing it looks. My husband and I are absolutely smitten with how good it looks! They were priced less than all of the other bids we got also. 5 stars!"

"Great the workers paid close attention to the details and worked with us to purchase materials. Did a great job ."

"Work crew removed old carpet and installed 930 sq. Feet of vinyl flooring in one day. Looks great! Solid work. Recommended."

"Very conscientious and careful work. Explained options making it easier for me to decide to go ahead. My replacement composite deck looks beautiful."

"Tim and his crew were a delight. He and his team repaired my wood floor and baseboards, a job that took extreme craftsmanship because the materials in my older home are no longer available. They came up with a solution and the finished job looked as if it was the original decor. Would I hire Tim and his crew again? You bet! I’m sending him a punch list of repairs with the reassurance that the job will be done with care and excellence. Thank you!"

"I was having trouble finding the right company to refinish/restore my vintage Heart Pine Floor - but glad I found AA & H Flooring. It was amazing how thorough Ethel was when she reviewed the possibility of doing the job when she came to the house to provide an estimate. Her team of floor sanders and refinishers were meticulous. If I were to give them a grade of an A or A-plus, I would give them an A-plus-plus! They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to other people looking to have an old hardwood floor refinished!"

"They were professional, courteous, and prompt. Did a great painting job except they missed an area. When I called/left a message asking them to come back to finish the area, I did not get a return call."

"Nick installed a beautiful hand scraped hickory solid hardwood floor in my upstairs hallway and bedroom, using nail down with glue assist method. He was meticulous to the details to make sure it was installed right, including leveling a few high places on my subfloor, and making perfect doorway transitions. I am beyond happy with the results!"
