"The actual floor and materials are a 5 star BUT had some issues with the installation. We had to call back out to fix a spot on the steps where the installer said it was normal but after talking to REFLOOR he corrected it. The other issues were resolved by the installer except for 3 items. The installer was asked to fix the toilet as it rocks and needed tightened and sealed. Then there was a question on the trim on the sliding door and the installer basically said no on removing the trim and placing the metal piece on. After the installer left the point of contact called my wife about the issues being fixed and my wife said to call me about it. I never received the call. The clean up was very poor. There is hardened floor flattener material on the driveway and front porch. I guess must have the responsibility to clean it up. Throughout the whole thing and probably with any floor company, but for the price I paid I was hoping to have a perfect installation."

"Ask for money before they started. Did not remove old paint. Said job was done came back showed them parts peeling up and missed spots. Ask me to touch it up myself and wanted me to show them all the spots myself and had over 10 areas pointed out and ask me to keep showing them. Finished it up myself. Would not use again. Will most likely have to redo next year due to paint pulling up due to not peeped and put on wet. Dis satisfied with job and supervision."

"I give the highest praise and recommendation for hiring Bradley. He repaired a damaged tile Pony wall in between the shower and tub. He did a perfect job. He went out of his way to find the exact tile I had, and even found the builder who installed it without me asking . That’s how I originally met him since then he has fixed a leak in a large window that no one could fix. He has excavated an improper pipe that was put in my yard and put in a new drainage pipe. He has helped me with other contractors who I had problems with by assessing and guiding. He took down and put back a vinyl fence gate , and fixed it better than the fence company. He is dependable honest and a perfectionist. He’s a great communicator a great family man and I give him the highest recommendation. He is experienced talented professional. Because it is his own business he takes great pride in his work."

"I was having trouble finding the right company to refinish/restore my vintage Heart Pine Floor - but glad I found AA & H Flooring. It was amazing how thorough Ethel was when she reviewed the possibility of doing the job when she came to the house to provide an estimate. Her team of floor sanders and refinishers were meticulous.
