"Johnsons and Sons, once again, make the vision a realty. New floors, cabinets, countertops, paint, lighting in our Laundry Room/Mud Room-entryway (and new fireplace!). Top to bottom: perfect. Vic's communication throughout the project never left us guessing who was coming when and what we could expect on a day-to-day basis. He was always very clear on the cost and timing, no surprises. Jon gets the work DONE; I'm not sure there's anything he cannot do. And Tony . . . his tile work is second to none. We've asked Tony to tackle many and varied tile projects; his attention to detail has never left us disappointed and his finished product has always been the highlight. The Johnson and Sons subs (flooring, drywall, paint, electrical) are courteous, professional, and timely. When things are "missed" or overlooked (as ALWAYS happens with ANY project), the subs promptly return to get the work done, never a problem. Two more rooms to go and Johnson and Sons will have touched every room of our house."

"Ward came out and did an estimate.  Following the estimate, he drew up the plans for the space.  They got permits from the City which took three months.  Once the permit was received they started the work.  Joe was our Project Manager and our head Carpenter was Rob.  The majority of the time Rob and Andrew were the two who worked on the addition.  The people who were working on our home were very nice and easy to work with and we felt we could communicate well with everyone. We appreciated that there were not a lot of different people in our home.  The strength of this company is the quality they deliver and the people working for them. The project took longer than expected, but it is an extremely busy time right now in the construction business.  We are very happy with the results, and love our new space!  We would work with this company again.

"Ilya and team were great! Communication was timely and constant. Ilya is a hard hard worker and made our master bathroom amazing. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. "We had a leak above our shower and, after taking out the affected ceiling sheet rock, Yariel determined it was from a leaking plumbing vent pipe. While fixing the leak Yariel also discovered that the roof sheathing was wet. After investigating he found that ventilation fan in the bathroom was exhausting straight into the attic. We gave him the green light to put a vent through our gable. So not only was our current issue resolved, but our future hidden problem was also taken care of."
