"They were very professional and did a fantastic job restoring a kitchen slate floor. The floor had many years of grime build up and looked a uniform very dark grey color. The kept at it for several hours until the floor looked new. The transformation was amazing as can be seen by the attached pictures of the floor after they cleaned and sealed it. It was very clear they cared a lot about the quality of their work. I will use them again. "

"I worked with Gross Flooring to refinish my hardwood floors. Communication with the owner, Jim Goss, was good and we created a clear plan that we both followed. Unfortunately, the quality of the finished floors was not acceptable. After the first refinish, there were visible arch marks in the floor, which Jim acknowledged should not appear in a proper finish. He offered to come back and redo the floors, and we scheduled a return visit. After the second refinish, the floors were still not satisfactory. The finish was uneven, and there was debris trapped under the final coat. Jim communicated again, stating that the house needed to have no airflow during the process. Even after this third attempt, the floors were still not acceptable. He then asked to come back yet again to sand the floors down to bare wood and completely refinish them. At that point, I declined and requested a refund instead. I provided a written cancellation of the contract, but I have not received a refund. "

Additionally, Otto had to color match a section that connected to the previous wood floors, and he did this to perfection. Did a fantastic job, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I have referred Otto to several clients and they have always thanked me profusely. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"JR did an excellent job, he came five times for various tasks - and he was punctual every time. When he needed to reschedule - he would tell me well in time. His work quality is very good - I cannot tell my new floor from old though we had to use Brazilian Cherry instead of lyptus. He cleaned very well when he left - including final touch with wood color, hiding nail mark etc. I did like his price as well - best among the quotes I got. So he is dependable and good value for money. "

"Check your invoices carefully. They overcharge. I had several types of work done by Pac West Floors. When I reviewed the invoices, I found several discrepancies. I was charged for Sales Tax on the Quotes and again on the invoices (double charged). I was billed for work that was not done, etc. All together overcharged $1400.00. Tried to work with them, first person - yes, we owe you refund. No refund. Sent info to owner - no answer. I have invoices to verify claims.,"
