"I recently purchased the house that was built by Incline homes. I like it. The reason I am giving one star is the ongoing issue with my AC. It's not working properly and it's 100 degrees outside and 80+ degrees inside right now. For 3 weeks I've been calling their office, leaving voicemails, sending emails. No one ever returned my calls or responded. All I get is the technician that keeps texting me promising to stop by. Never happened. I still hope Incline homes sees this review and resolves this issue. I will gladly change the rating if it happens."

With his guidance on the day-to-day work and his ideas for how to design the space, he was a valuable resource for me through the process. He gave me lots of ideas and choices from flooring to fixtures. As the crews that came into the house were friendly and considerate of my privacy as I work from home. I needed my basement renovated ASAP and Mr. Anthony met with me in a timely manner explaining in great detail the work he would perform and how pleased I would be! Let me tell you he did NOT disappoint because he and his partner Mark performed what I call a â  miracleâ  in renovating my basement and went above and beyond my expectations!!!! Iâ  ve shown many the before and after pictures of what I now can call my family room and the response each time was how â  beautifulâ  of a job Anthony did!! If you are in need a great contractor donâ  t look anywhere else but A & J Contractor and call Anthony NOW! My family still canâ  t believe what A & J Contractor did with that old and in bad shape basement!! Very professional and the many years of experience really was on display!! "We could not be happier with the work done by Wyatt. He took time to listen to what we wanted for our project and explained the process and answered any questions we had along the way. Our project was turning a partially finished basement into a family room/office and a Pittsburgh potty into a half bath. His attention to detail was incredible. He did a great job matching the new walls with the existing walls swirl pattern and the baseboards look great. The bathroom turned out better than we could have imagined it. Wyatt also stayed within our budget, so there were no surprises at the end. We could not have been luckier in our search for a contractor and would highly recommend."

"Basic Concept designed and built a deck in our back yard and did an entire kitchen remodel for our home. We had some different ideas when we first contacted Charles but he was able to see what was possible and make great suggestions to fit our wishes, space, and budget. All of the workers that came to our home were very skilled, polite, and professional. They made sure that all work was done completely and correctly, no shortcuts. Charles was very involved in every aspect of the project. He is a great communicator and coordinated all the work and deliveries very efficiently. While I'm sure the size of our kitchen and deck would seem insignificant to some, we were made to feel like VIPs. Everyone treated our home with dignity and respect. High quality products and workmanship. Our house looks great. We are very pleased. We highly recommend Basic Concept."

"Our house had significant storm damage. A third of the roof, half the siding, and a crushed back porch (20 feet by 13 feet) had to be replaced as the result of a fallen tree. The repair was done in two parts. KMA Carpentry and Contracting replaced the roof in a timely fashion. Their quoted scope of work for the roof was detailed and their price was competive. KMA then found Aluminium siding that matched siding that was installed on our house 55 years ago. The porch construction exceeded our expectations. Their price was very fair. KMA did not use subcontractors for our job. KMA is easy to work with. They are excellent carpenters; they did beautiful work. "

"Following an interior french drain project, we needed to totally reconstruct our basement shower. It had been almost completely ripped out, was down to the dirt floor, and walls were back to the cinderblock two feet up. It was not a remodeling job that many would want to tackle. Laurel Craftsmen Company came to our rescue. While we had intended to simply find a way to fix what was torn out, Jamin suggested that the right way was to tear out the rest of the wall tiles and do the complete remodel—and we are so glad he did. He figured out the best way to resolve the complicated issues we had, and gave us an amazing, beautiful, brand new shower. The job required rebuilding the shower drain and pan, installing a new drywall ceiling, new plumbing, tiling the walls and floor and installing a shower door. Every step of the way, Jamin took his time and did a first rate job. He saw to every detail. We appreciated how he kept us informed every step of the way. He was even helpful in advising us on our tile choices. Jamin would see things from the old shower that weren’t just right and would step up and correct them. He set a high bar for himself and his workmanship attested to that. His tile cuts were perfect. Throughout the project Jamin kept in close touch with us. He is not like so many workers we have hired who just don’t show up and later invent fantastic excuses. He’s conscientious and reliable. His price was very competitive. Given that he was working with an injured foot the whole time, he went above and beyond all expectations. We are 100% satisfied with his work and give him our highest recommendation."
