"The deck, chandelier, handrail, and UV projects were done in October. The windows required a special order and were installed on two consecutive days in December. Mr. Jackson and his employees did an excellent job. They are efficient and courteous, and left the work areas very clean. Chris is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. It is difficult to make a definitive price comparison, as we did not get estimates from other contractors, but we trust Chris—I had hired him for work on a previous house—and feel that his prices were very fair and reasonable. Casement windows are expensive and we expected that; the new ones are excellent. While here to do the windows the guys also moved a heavy chest from the garage up to our second floor, a task we could not have done ourselves. We can highly recommend Chris Jackson’s Contracting. This review should have been posted long ago, but better late than never."

"Antonio and his team do a wonderful job! They came to the house to provide an estimate and discuss the work needing to be done. Then they came to do an initial "deep cleaning" and we have hired them to come every two weeks to do a “general cleaning”. I was amazed with the thorough job they did. Due to health issues, we haven’t been able to keep up with the cleaning of the house. It was such a relief to have our home so clean. With the deep cleaning, we understood that they would wash the inside of the windows. When I walked into the living room while they were cleaning, I looked out the window and was puzzled because they were just “too” clean. I asked Antonio about it and he said that he went ahead and did clean the outside of the front windows because he wanted me to be happy. The work ethic and pride Antonio and his crew have for their work is admirable. Antonio always calls the day ahead to confirm and shows up on time. They work for the entire time they are here and are very friendly and kind. Besides the great job they do, we enjoy their company. I discovered Antonio’s Services at a time of great need. Some times the sun does shine upon you. ?"

"The previous retaining wall was in rough shape. They gave us a competitive quote, came in on price, and did a fantastic job. They were very transparent about what needed done and how they planned to complete the work. We intend to have a patio installed in the next few years and will absolutely be using Wall Structures for the work."

"Amazing job with the shower plumbing repair, shower fixture installation and tile repair. He even completed some additional plumbing/electrical work while at our place. Very thorough, honest and punctual! 5 stars!"

"These guys were the best! Extremely professional and couldn’t be more friendly and easy to work with. They understand exactly what you are looking for and need, do excellent work, and get it done quicker than you would expect. The fence they installed is better than I imagined and I love going out in the yard every day with the dogs and seeing them run and play without worry. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat for any other project and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a fence. A++ work and company"

"The two employees called in advance of their arrival, arrived promptly and got to work immediately. They were very friendly and informative of the work they were doing. They completed the job within the stated window of time. I am very happy with the repair work they did. I would definitely use them again for future needs. Pricing was competitive with other quotes. I had to schedule about a month in advance but I take that as a sign of a successful concrete business."

"The grout between the kitchen tiles started breaking and cracking fairly quickly in multiple areas. The area between the kitchen and dining room, tile versus wood floor, had a small piece of wood that provided a rounded edge as the kitchen floor was now higher than the dining room. This nails began to come out of this piece of wood and snag sock and foot within a month. The wood coming loose may have contributed to the cracks in the tile's grout. The painter took a month to paint a 1000 square foot home. The faucet was installed improperly. The water valves for the kitchen faucet had the washers forced in to the pipes. I visually confirmed this as the plumber I had hired had to determine why I had lost water on the second and first floor spontaneously. In his opinion someone may have tightened the valves so tightly that the washers were position to eventually come loose and block the flow of water. This was an expensive lesson. Depending on the project AB is fine. Like most contractors he has multiple sites at any given time, taking the more skilled labor to the more important jobs. The end results was low quality work that requires additional expenditures to rectify. That money would have been better spent hiring higher skilled labor."

"Let me say that I purchased the deal of 4 hours for $179. Galen went and purchased the light fixtures and wood for the door and we had an additional 2 hours so that's why the total was $587. Galen arrived with his crew and they went to work. I am so pleased with everything they did. I am thrilled to have found Keenan Handyman Services and will definitely call them again. I am looking to have them install a garage door opener, paint the interior of my house and add on to my deck. They just did a fantastic job and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.  Thanks for a job well done!!!"
