"Back to Perfection is a perfect name for this company. We didn't realize that Corian could be refinished. We were referred to Back to Perfection and treated to a professional experience process that was well done from start to finish. Our countered has Corian sinks as part of the countertop and they were pitted and wanted them repaired as well as refinishing the entire countertop. We were delighted with the result. "They did a good job. We purchased the Angie's Deal for new granite countertops for $1499. Of course we ended up choosing a higher priced granite, needing more granite square footage than the deal covered, and upgrading the sink for additional cost. They also needed to move up the electrical outlets to accommodate for the new 6 inch granite backsplash. Bryan and his team did the entire job in 2 days and were great. One thing to mention is that they do not hook back up the sink after the job. They were very clear about that in their estimate. We called a separate plumber for that the next day. Overall, very happy with my counters. Now if someone else would just do the cooking in there!"

"This was my first purchase of a Angie's List special.  I am very pleased with this company.  The provided excellent communication, prompt response, on-time arrival and a bargain for the amount of work that was done.  They restored the areas I requested.  I would recommend them and WILL definitely use them again.
I choose this company because the work to be performed was minor & it seemed to me that several of the granite companies were looking for bigger jobs, based on the amounts of money that was spent by reviewers.  I use this technique often for vendors.  I do not like to be overcharged, nor do I like compnaies to try to sell me additional stuff.  I use a "don't contact me - I'll contact you" approach and do not like unsolicited marketing or advertising (including from Angie's List).
I bought the service over the weekend.  The owner contacted me during the weekend to let me know that he was not able to telephone me because the number listed in my Angie's List account was old and was no longer my number.  I gave 3 dates for the work to be performed, and they were able to come out this morning - just a few days after requesting the service (and over a weekend).
The technician arrived at about 8:30 am - the service was scheduled beween 8-10 am.  I showed him what I wanted done and he began work immediately.  He worked quietly and efficiently.  He was here nearly two hours and restored the areas I requested.  There was no extra charge and he did not try to sell me anything else (I like that).  I am very pleased with the work and the price.  Last week I hired a plumber that charged me $99. just to get to the house!
Do be sure to tip the technician if you are completely satisfied.

"Tony and his crew came and dug up and relayed some cement in our backyard. It was a small job, but they handled it swiftly and were extremely clean. My only note would be that there wasn't a whole lot of communication during the job. They ended up staining the concrete a different color than I would have chosen, but it was still a great job and a decent color, so I didn't mind. Overall, I would hire again!"

"cost & selection:
They saved me almost half of what I was quoted by Carousel - Felikian's has more options available to choose from plus they were having a special which saved quite a bit of $$.  Lisa Marie was extraordinarily knowledgeable & helpful in selecting the right flooring for our needs & budget.  We have dogs who are not always reliably "potty trained" so we were particularly interested in a highly durable floor without having to exceed our budget.  The vinyl plank flooring we selected (one of many available as well as laminate, hardwood & other hard surfaces) fit the need and budget.
preparation for the install:
we had baseboards removed and moved extra-large items (treadmill, organ).  We also removed smaller objects, e.g., lamps & accessories which left only furniture to be moved/arranged by installers.
details of the install:
The new floor abuts against tile floor in two places.  In one place, there are very irregularly shaped steps for which installer (Jorge) made a recommendation to continue the tile instead of using the vinyl plank - good recommendation. It looks great.  The concrete floor needed repairs in several places before the new floor could be installed.  We were advised in advance that the need for repairs might increase the price -- it did and we were fine with the amount which was very reasonable.
They completed the replacement floor in one large room the first day and completed the replacement + tile in the second room the following day.  The work started about 9:30 am on both days -- completed after 7:00 pm day 1 and around 5:30 pm on day 2.
The installers were professional & respectful.  I work from home and there was virtually no disruption or interruption the entire time they were in the house.  The doors did need to be left open due to odors from materials used in the installation and because of the need to carry materials in and out but we were advised in advance so we could contain our pets.
