"I had the best experience with Mills Construction! The initial request was for repairs to my deck and several other small projects. I had been trying to get the work done for six months, but no other contractors would take the job because it was too small. Martin and his team were happy to do all my small projects! He adapted well to unexpected occurrences and would make a quick trip to the hardware store. They repaired my deck with brand new support beams and brand new rails plus my small projects: installing curtain rods, cabinet organizers, towel racks, closet post, 5 ceiling fans, replacing 2 faucets, and leveling my ac. The repair has yet to be tested since it has yet to rain, but the vent was reinstalled as it should have been originally. "I am very please by the work done by the inside out remodeling, llc. Doug able to complete the project as planned and timely manner I have every intention to use inside out remodeling for repairs on our other properties. A reputable contractor, should be able to complete the project as planned within the time allocated. Inside out accomplish that check plus. We all know working with insurance companies on storm related, claims can be a nightmare. But Doug works with the insurance company directly to ensure they covered the work that needed to be done. Doug's keen attention to detail brought some additional property problems to light and each time Doug presented detail information often with photos on the problem with his recommendations on how to proceed. Some of those problems were due to previous shoddy workmanship, each time he present with a proposed solution, he let us decide whether to proceed with his recommendation as part of the project or wait to include it with a future project. Some required additional time and cost but many of the repairs were done, were done at no additional cost. that was very unexpected and deeply appreciated. I definitely used inside out remodeling again and a meeting with him this week to discuss or next project."

"Marcos is a busy man. Once we agreed on a price he put the job on his calendar. This was a small job of painting old cement blocks with the goal of waterprofing. He did a great job and even came back to do a third coat on the old blocks. It now looks great. Marcos also painted the floor to complete the job. He will work you into his schedule when possible. "I hired Wood Renovation to power wash and stain my deck as well as replace some rotted boards. They did a good job replacing the boards, but they also missed a rotted board, which was not replaced. They did a good job power washing and staining the floor of the deck, but they only used one coat of solid stain on the floor, which was not enough. The Sherwin Williams stain they used even says to use two coats. The ornamental caps that sit on top of the balusters were covered with old, chipping paint, and they did not sand them prior to staining. The owner, Steve, indicated that he normally doesn't include sanding in a bid, but he did come out and try to sand off some of the chipping paint. They also used a paint sprayer for the deck railings, which did not completely cover any of the railings and instead got on my landscaping. I had to have Steve come back out two different times to touch up every railing. Fortunately, he was very nice and accommodating about it. Overall, the quality of the work was not worth $996."
