"I think it was fine. Actually, my wife coordinated that one but I don't think we have any problems with it. I'm not sure if we paid extra charge aside from the deal because I wasn't at home when the guy came out to do the job. We've used them before and they are the one who installed the water system in our house. I don't think they standout exemplary or horribly bad but the service that they have provided to us was what we expected."

I have two homes in which he has made repairs and both homes he diagnosed and fixed the problems very quickly and at a fair price. "My heat pump/AC unit stopped working mid morning the day I was going to leave on vacation. I called Bassett to see if by chance someone could make it out that day, or at least I could get on their schedule right when I returned. She checked with one of their service crew to see if he could swing by my house right after he was done with his current client. He was there within 45 minutes and had made the repair within 30 minutes. Now that is what I call great service!!!"
