Justin and the other technician (sorry I can't recall his name) where professional, friendly and best of all fixed my electrical issues so I can have lighting in my bathrooms and hallway. Their team came on time, and removed old system. Installed new system, and re routed system lines better than previous installer at no cost. Even insulated exterior lines and added additional protection for them. Leveled the compressor. And installed a better humidifier. All while in these trying times? Social distancing was maintained even when they walked me through the set up my Nest Thermostat, and system training. Face masks and gloves. Work area was clean and neat after they were done. We are so pleased with how GAC handled our job. Oh, and all the extra work they did? No additional cost for me. Part of the contract they offered me."

"Response time from Kolb was good; within 48 hours their electrician (Ramon) was at the home. Ramon made a very thorough analysis of the problem before starting the repair work. He worked efficiently to alleviate the problem. After the repair was completed he checked and double checked to make sure the appliance was working properly. A very favorable experience."

"We had five different things for Lou to fix, including a chandelier that needed to be lowered and made level. Lou rounded the oval links in the chain that held the chandelier and that made it level for the first time! He figured out why a ceiling fan was making noise and why another one wasn’t working at all. He also replaced part of our electric panel which had somehow gotten water inside and was corroded. We didn’t have the right part to change lights in our Faber stove hood, but Lou did, and quickly replaced them for us. We were really pleased with how knowledgeable and competent our electrician was and plan to call him again if we have any more electrical problems."
