"Wow what the best experience I have had with a plumbing company ever. I needed some work done to my well and pump so I called redline. They responded within a quickly manner and were professional. I was there when they came to look at it and when they had to come to the work they came back and were very respectful and hard workers. Everything was done in a timely manner and trustworthy employees. I had to leave and left with them there and I felt that they were good and people I could trust in my house. "Roy was responsive, making a visit the day we called about the drained pipes. He called in advance of arriving, and was careful with his tools to avoid any unnecessary mess. He also wore booties to protect the floor. Best of all, he was careful about testing the lowest-cost solution before bringing in larger tools and incurring more charges. Within a half hour he'd addressed all the leaks and was on his way.

"They did good job.  They came out a week or maybe two after the purchase.  It was a reasonable time span.  No additional costs.  The thing that stood out was that they came out and did what they were suppose to do and didn't waste time.  It was satisfactory.  I would tell friends and family that they came out, did what they were suppose to do and left."
