"I felt confident in the initial discussions with the roofing business owner. He showed me pictures he had taken of the roof and the elements that needed repair. He explained the condition he found my flat roof in and offered an explanation of what would need replacement. But all this was contingent on what would be found as the layers were peeled back. The decision was made after seeing the eroded layers to do a gut job and replace the entire roof. Pictures were provided showing the progress as each step was completed. Attention and respectful care was given to my neighbors as vehicles pulled up to unload materials which might have extended across their driveways. Matthew the owner was always available and attentive to any questions or suggestions I had. It was a pleasure working with an owner who takes pride in their work and their workers.
