"Before I called to set up appointment, I read all the reviews and was very impressed. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM and Mark arrived right on time. I was very impressed when he inquired whether it would be alright to leave the door ajar as he'd seen my cat scurry away when he arrived. He pretreated areas which were especially soiled and was done in about 45 minutes, and the chair looked very good. As it dried that afternoon, I noticed some soil marks which had not come out.
