The estimator arrived on time and made a point of first listening to what I thought I needed and what I wanted to get from my new system. He then gathered details of what was existing and came up with a proposal based on what was needed as well as my concerns. the installers were on time, they cleaned up extremely well when finished and the equipment looked great. They made a follow up call after a few day's to make sure all went well and asked if I had any concerns or issue. I did not. "Don and his team did a fantastic job on my full bathroom remodel, as well as putting in a new closet in one of my bedrooms and taking care of various other handyman projects for my place. I found him very easy to work with and very honest. He honors his commitments, and was clear on his schedule. He never placed other jobs in front of mine once work was underway. He is very capable, asking key questions and then using his experience to come up with a good plan of how to implement my requests. Of course, I needed to do my part in providing any needed supplies that were unique to the project (such as tile, bathroom fixtures, etc.). In some cases, I had very specific plans, in which case he listened to me and followed those plans while offering suggestions for improvement. There were a few cases where I wanted changes as the work proceeded, and he was very responsive in making those changes. He is very proud of his work and stands by it. I've attached a few pictures. The first photo shows the closet he built after he removed an old wall-mounted version. The removal of the old version also involved removing very old wallpaper and patching the drywall where needed. As you can see in the picture, it came out beautiful, and he and his team were the ones that installed the wood floor and painted the room. The second photo shows the new bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet that was part of a full bathroom remodel that he did. This was a substantial update since it required a change in the location of the vanity along with the corresponding plumbing and electrical work. He had to build up and move several of the walls, and he created the custom shelves seen in the photo. He also installed the tile floor, put in a new bathroom door, replaced the lights and fan and switches, put in new sheet rock and baseboard trim, and painted the walls and ceiling. Along the way, there were a few surprises and he was able to help me navigate through each of them to achieve results that I am very happy with. The third photo shows the new bathtub and tile that he installed. The tile looks fantastic, and he was careful to insure that studs were placed where the grab bars are located in order to get a solid install. I found Don so easy to work with that I also hired him to do other work around the place, including putting in new ceiling lights, new dimmer switches for those lights, new interior doors, performing various drywall repairs and painting, and several other handyman projects. I would definitely hire him again."

Gabe Arsenault is a man you can count on. With his crew, he
did everything he said he would do and more, despite seemingly impossible
challenges. And he did it all superbly well, so far as we can tell.
We presented Gabe with a gigantic challenge, which he took
on and surmounted, repeatedly refusing to accept a raise in price.
Our house was in bad shape. Several years earlier, the Board
of Assessors officially rated its condition ?very poor.? It had not been painted
for 43 years.  Moss was growing on the
roof. Tree branches abounded overhead. Some of the trim was rotting, and siding
was damaged. One of the windows had a collapsed screen and missing glazing.
Thresholds were dilapidated. A ramshackle shed stands just 5 feet from the
house. It had a stubborn storm drainage problem, which had undermined part of
the foundation. Gabe attacked each of these problems and put them right.
For 43 years, the house was 100% light green. We got to choose
our color scheme, so we opted for radical change: rust for the body, caramel
for the trim, and burnt copper for the doors and pilasters. Gabe added black
for the thresholds and house number. After meticulous preparation and prime
coats, all of that went onto the house AND SHED. Even the shed has attractive
trim now!
Drainage was the crowning glory of Gabe?s work here. How
many painters or carpenters do you know who can handle impossible drainage
problems? He put up gutter board, gutters, downspout, and appropriate downspout
extension for the back roof. With his crew, he hand-excavated through rocks and
gravel to create a lengthy subsurface drainage system for the garage entry,
moving excess soil to where it was needed to slow down runoff from the front.
