"It isn't done yet, but the construction manager is not being cooperative about some details that are very important to us. His comments on the material and timing for staining the deck are not consistent with information from lumber experts I know."

"There were some issues because some of the gutters didn't get done. There were some issues. He couldn't get to them or something like that. I think he could do better. He didn't do much let's put it like that. We have already a gutter system in place. He didn't clean all of it, I think some were too high, I don't think he had a big ladder. I can't remember the exact price. I told him we didn't need a cleaning we wanted an inspection of the gutters. It wasn't quite what I wanted."

"They were very professional and they cleaned-up after themselves. When I am ready I will hire them again."

"We could not have done the rebuild with out Stephen help. I soon realized l could trust him to follow up on everything we asked. He was more like a contractor than a handyman. From rebuilding a bath to setting kitchen cabinets I could not ask for a better man."

"We really enjoyed using Best Roofing and Construction. Service was friendly, professional, and the job was completed quickly. Overall a great experience!"

"Owner did thorough work from beginning to end. His crew was excellent!! They did roof replacement in 6 hours. They were hard-working, had great skills and very professional in all aspects. Protected property and careful clean-up. Would recommend without any hesitation."

"Roof leaked in less than a year. Hammer time failed to send anyone to repair, however they sent someone to look at it, who left a mess. The owner Jodi Straubel cussed at my insurance adjuster and agent. Leak still not repaired."

"The initial work went well but we have had several issues since then and he doesn't follow through or be responsive.  We have had to contact others regarding the repairs/issues that were seemingly the result of the new roof and skylight.  We have asked him to come out three times but he has only shown up once.  We paid the big bucks thinking we would get great service but have been more than disappointed with Weatherhead's accountability.
