Crew & project manager was friendly and professional, and they provided a good overview of the job and how the company may differ from other companies in regard to the preparation, staff assignment, and paint quality. Their estimate was slightly higher than my middle estimate but these areas mentioned earlier helped me in my decision. Plus to all they provided me with an estimate in a timely manner whereas several other companies either never provided their estimate or it came much later than discussed. "I met Gilberto when our HOA brought him in as a water expert to find and seal several leaks in the building. He was very thorough and trustworthy. He worked well with my tenants and my schedules, shared video, images, and explanations that helped keep the project moving even though I was remote.
