"Contacted multiple roofing companies for my home in Tennessee. Received 3 responses with various ranges of cost. Jordan and his company, , First Choice Metal Roofing, stood out above the rest. I could not believe the color choices available and cost was extremely reasonable. Within 2 weeks of contract signing, I had a beautiful new roof placed in ONE day! I no longer have to worry about my spouse climbing on the roof to replace shingles. Thank you Jordan for a fabulous job on my new 40 year roof:)"

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"Tim Campbell and his crew with Genesis Roofing was everything I wanted in a metal roofer and more! He gave me a fair price, EXCELLENT WORK and LISTENED to any concerns I had while discussing the replacement of my roof from asphalt to metal. I would trust him again in a heartbeat! We already have him scheduled for another roofing project on my fiance's home."

"Mingo Roofing is absolutely amazing to work with! The eye for detail the crew had was astounding. The quality of the initial inspection was so helpful from the moment they showed up, was so informative and transparent. I felt and still feel as if they were and are the right guys for the job."

"Proposal was developed after a review of the job in the field. Committed to do the work in a short period of time. This involved scaffolding to the second floor.  Exterior of gutters were cleaned, shutters removed/repainted/remounted, porch re-grouted in the worst places and reattached missing bricks. Cleaned sidewalk. Repaired area in eave that the porr squirrels had chewed up when they got hungry. Surface prepped all areas to be painted, including metal vent housings. Replaced roof rubber seals around all sewer vents poking thru the roof of the 1st and 2nd floors. Did throrough cheanup after job completion. Re-worked leaking gutter on back of house over the deck.
This job was manned up adequately so work got completed within 3 weeks. In other words, the workers showed up and the the work done without dragging out the job or asking for change orders. Communications was great between us and the contractor thourhout the job process.
Really liked working with Robert Toling. No hidden ball tricks here. Just a good professional that does everything he writes down. He really does a great job communicating between everyone to be sure the job goes well.

"They did an excellent job and I will definitely hire them again. I would recommend them."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"If you have ever shopped for replacement windows then you know the drill. Its a nightmare. They come out measure your windows then put on a demonstration of "thier" window and how great "thier" window as opposed to the competition. If thats not bad enough then there is the high pressure to sign a contract to by their window right then and there. Don't deal with companies that do this!
Must Do; One of the most important questions I did get to the ask them was how long from the time I order and pay for my windows will I get them; 6-8 weeks.
Suncastle Solutions sales girl came out to my home, sat down at my kitchen window and asked me what was it I was looking for in a window, what were my needs - I almost feel off the chair. After a few minutes she asked to measure the windows and when she finished asked my permission to bring in a window sample so I can see it. She didn't put on any show. She let me man handle the window, she let me ask her questions and she asked me about my budget and my current energy bills. She even answered the question about delivery time;  7-10 days on average.
I reviewed their website and found their outreach page. The way their sales person treated me, the window and reading the outreach page of their site made my decision very simple. I called two days later ordered the windows and asked her if the my sons scout troop could receive the donation. I got my windows and my sons troop has a little bit more in their coffee can for their activities."
