"We worked with Nathan to remodel our first house this year. As first-time renovators and first-time home owners, it was a daunting task. Nathan made us feel very well taken care of he has a strong attention to detail, and we felt we knew what we were getting throughout the project. We settled on a price up front for all of the labor, with the promise that even if things came up during the project, Nathan would take care of the complications without changing the price. He kept that guarantee. We ended up expanding our job to include other work, but all of the initial work was done at the promised price with no surprises. "If you need an addition built on your house, I'd highly recommend you give Creative Remodeling a call. We used them to add a master suite which makes our house much more livable. We've also decided to add decking in the back yard off the the back of the house. Oh, and this was after working with them during Covid on a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. So that makes us repeat, on repeat, on repeat customers. The work is quick, to a good quality, and they listen to what the customer wants and have dealt with the odd snafu without any push back. "We absolutely love our new home. We had our kitchen remodeled, our hallway, which is now our beautiful laundry area, our two bathrooms, new flooring installed in those areas, recessed lighting, new central air and heat, the electrical upgraded, new plumbing in areas that needed it, the exterior and interior painted, and our structure retrofitted. Even though we didnâ t add square footage the inside of our home is unrecognizable. Everyone that comes to our home canâ t believe the changes, and how beautiful it came out. We love it! We met with at least four other contractors before deciding to go with H&A My Design. Ben, the Project Manager, immediately made us feel comfortable, and made a great impression with us. He was with us from the get go and through to completion. Meshi was added to our project shortly after we started. So there were now two Project Managers. Meshi was an excellent and pleasant addition. Meshi and Ben were on top of everything. Between her and Ben nothing went unanswered. Every good relationship does have some stumbles, how they are resolved determines everything. Whenever we had questions or concerns during the project we immediately received a text, a phone call, or Ben or Meshi would drop by. They were hands on, and never difficult to reach. They both immediately addressed any issues we had. When the project was complete Ben and Meshi even brought our fur babies fun gifts and tasty snacks, along with a gift for us. About three months later, we noticed some issues. We contacted Meshi and Ben via text and sent pictures. She immediately sent someone out and the job was complete within 24hrs. The project took about three months to complete. Overall, we had a great experience, and we are very happy with the outcome, the professionalism, and the time frame. "My wood balcony has termites and water damages. So I hired RET to do the job. Kevin gave estimates and recommended composite planks for floor and red woods for railings. His workmanship was very professional and finished on time! On top of that, Kevin updated my balcony to the latest building codes. His price is very reasonable. When we were in the market for a general contractor to build our two-bedroom/two-bath ADU in San Marino, we interviewed several general contractors. Mike Maman of MF Construction was one of them. Mike showed us several of his projects as well as his own custom home. We were extremely impressed with the end results. After reviewing several competitive bids, we selected Mike because of his 40+ years of experience in building high-quality homes. "I recently used Platinum Builders for a new home addition and had a very positive experience. As an engineer with extensive experience building and renovating homes, I originally planned to manage the project myself and subcontract each phase. However, with frequent work and travel, I realized I needed a turnkey solution. Devon, my project manager, was professional, honest, responsive, and worked around my schedule. Although two other quotes were substantially lower, I chose Platinum because of my confidence in their team. The footing and framing crews were excellent. "Trig Builders is an excellent one-stop shop for mainly excellent design, great help in selecting final materials/accessories and mainly for any complete home remodeling. Our master bathroom and kitchen needed to be completely demolished and redesigned. Yossi met with us several times and by listening to us and to what we want to get, he was able to come up with a new concept that included all the ideas and goals of what we wanted to have and his design was very clean, modern while still be within our budget. Yossi also managed and handled all the orders and purchased of the materials and final accessories which caused us to write this review because this was an excellent service. The bathroom was gutted and after the demolition, Yossi and his guys discovered that the floor support beams were damaged so we had to replace them with new ones and to have the floor leveled before they could start the new construction. This problem caused the budget increased by a small cost (Yossi charged us only for the materials) for the overall budget. All the professional people that were involved in the work including the plumber, drywall man, electrician and tile man were excellent and skilled people that executed their part in a very high level of work results. They were very careful about all the cleaning aspect by dropping cloths, plastic wraps for the floors. The kitchen was completely redesigned and Yossi was able to include everything we wanted and needed. He went with us prior to the work and helped us purchasing all the materials appliances. The remodeling job was a week behind the original schedule because of the floor problem and due to few days when we had to leave the house for personal reasons on top of complications in getting the necessary inspections completed. We must mention here that any of the delays was not caused because of Trig Builders fault. We are very happy and satisfied with Yossi, the workers and all the skilled people and mainly Trig Builders as the company and we highly recommend them."
