Other than that, Bob is very respectful person, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Maria, who you talked to when you call, even on a Sunday, is the best example of a great customer service. She will call you before the scheduled service and after the service is done as a follow up to ensure that your issues are resolved to your satisfaction. "Ricky went above and beyond to ensure my repair was done in a timely and excellent manner. He ordered parts, talked me through options, and demonstrated he had my best interest in mind. He was open about the options and creative about what could be done and how. After various trips for parts and hours spent on the project we came up against an impossible situation. The washing machine bolt was stripped and cutting it would mean leaving a part of it in the washer transmission, which would ruin the washing machine. So, Ricky communicated that he wouldn't be able to fix it and that he was sorry about the time invested in the project. While cleaning up the workspace I felt a ping on my phone and I discovered Ricky had refunded me the fees I'd paid him to evaluate the appliance, EVEN AFTER HOURS OF WORK, miles of travel for parts, and even INSTALLING SOME NEW PARTS. "Kevin is a professional and I appreciate the extra and effort and time he put into attempting to repair a problem with my (aged and out of warranty) built in refrigerator. The original problem was the freezer worked fine, but the refrigerator would not sufficiently cool. I wanted to repair the unit to avoid the more costly replacement that comes with built ins. He replaced all the working components; everything worked much better except the refrigerator still wouldn't cool sufficiently. He brought in two other techs and worked closely with GE to troubleshoot. In the end, the problem is in the molding of the unit framework and not one that can be addressed; it can be taken a part but not put back together. The outcome is not what Kevin wanted, and it was not what I wanted. Still, I am recommending Kevin to others in the Home Advisor network. I would use Kevin again for my appliance repair needs."

"Though my dryer was drying my clothes just fine, it sounded like a plane was coming in to land every time I turned it on.  I found Around the Clock through Angie's List, contacted them, and they immediately scheduled a service call for the same week.  Alex was my repairman and he was awesome!  He explained the problem and then showed me where there was lint behind the front panel of the dryer, some of which was burned which scared the heck out of me.  Alex was honest enough to tell me that the panel only need be removed once every 5 to 6 years for the lint removal (only to be done by a professional) as long as my husband continues to clean the dryer vents and hoses twice a year as he's always done.  In addition, they warranty parts AND labor for one entire year unlike the previous company I used to use which warrantied parts and labor for only 30 days.  If you can't stand behind your parts and your workpeople, you won't get my business.  I'm a lifer with Around the Clock!  Thank you for a wonderful experience and my dryer is so quiet again I can hardly hear it running! <br>"
