Next, he dismantled the unit, replaced the drain pump and performed other maintenance to the LG unit. After reassembling the unit, he did a test run of the rinse cycle, which operated perfectly. The Zelle payment transaction was professional and smooth. Kevin also gave me a receipt and a business card. The repair was completed about 1 hour. I started a laundry load shortly after Kevin left. He was open about the options and creative about what could be done and how. After various trips for parts and hours spent on the project we came up against an impossible situation. The washing machine bolt was stripped and cutting it would mean leaving a part of it in the washer transmission, which would ruin the washing machine. "There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in..
