The word upsell is not even in his vocabulary I asked about a feature and he told me I really didn’t need it Most companies would have totally agreed for more money for the job I have been stung by that before His crew came out earlier than the appointment time and were so nice. Tyler takes great care of his workers. He insists that they can only stay in a very hot attic for a short period of time before they come down and rest so their health is not affected You could not ask for a better set of work ethics than Koala I have already given several of my neighbors his number The price of the job was exceptionally reasonable and payment plans are offered You cannot go wrong with Koala Insullation!!!"

We specialize in drill-n-fill to exterior walls where no insulation exists, re-insulation of attics to increase R-value and garage door insulation kits.
"Used Affordable Insulation to blow in fiberglass insulation into attic above 3 car garage. They were quick to reply to my initial inquiry and follow up questions. Marc had the estimate to me the same day I contacted them. Their estimate was much more affordable (pun intended!) than another quote I received. I was very pleased with their number and was ready to hire them. The team of Jason, Jason, and Daniel were courteous, friendly and professional. They called ahead and showed up as scheduled. They made quick work of the job. The job came out looking great. Insulation depth was a couple inches deeper than expected so was pleased about that as well. They ensured no insulation was in the overflow drain pans of water heater or AC since that could clog the overflow drains causing them to backup. They cleaned up all excess insulation that had fallen into the garage. Attention to detail was superb. I highly recommend Affordable Insulation."

"JB Insulation was wonderful! Responded and done with the job before any other pros even reached out. They did such a great job on one of my rentals I hired them for my homestead insulation the following day! They put tarps down to protect my hardwood floors and cleaned up once done. My neighbor was so impressed they are using them too! Can’t go wrong. Our temperatures in the house were hitting 80 every night. AC thermostat on 71 and would not get relief with dropping temperature until 3:30 ish AM. Since the job was done we had thermostat on 74 and very pleasant & I like cold! I lowered to 73 10:00AM ish and It has remained consistent cool all day LOVE IT! Pre insulation lived with thermostat on 71 pretty regularly and comfortable for couple hours and then the temperature would continue to rise almost without exception to 80 by 7:00 PM until early morning. Don’t hesitate!"

Our story began over two decades ago when my father, a seasoned contractor, decided to turn his passion for home renovation into a family business. They used nails instead of screws, causing deep holes, missing nails, loose ends, cheap, splintered wood, and deck was 50 inches tall, requested 52. There were various cuts in the wood, wood splitting, a piece of wood loose where they cut the post hole and didn't secure it to the deck. For the pool, they used regular sand, not compaction sand. The bottom of the pool is bumpy. They put the pool coves behind the uprights holding the frame firm. They had to take the pool apart to take out the coves and put back the uprights. The first time they installed the pool, it was 2 inches higher than the deck. They broke down the pool and removed sand on one side to meet up with the deck. The pool is lopsided and water is 6 inches deeper on one side. I had to pay an additional $300 for them to reinstall. The second time they installed the pool, it still did not flush with the deck. I have to redo it all."
