He was very clean by putting down drop cloths and running his shopvac the entire time to capture all dust. He completed the entire cleaning in less than 30min. "Things went smoothly from estimate to project completion. The chimney and all of the flues required a thorough clean-out and new liners. Mike, the senior chimney cleaner/mason, explained the work required in detail. He showed me, and took photos of, the debris inside the furnace/hot water heater flue as well as the main fireplace flue. He took before and after pix of the chimney crown and the repairs required. The new liners and caps appeared to be good quality. This is an expensive project, although this estimate was more competitive than other A-List Cleaners. Mike's willingness to communicate clearly and directly before, during and after the job was essential for me. I can use the fireplace again. The heaters run more efficiently. Before and after pix of the chimney and flues are now part of my homeowner's maintenance records."

"The guys that came out were very nice. everything went well, they did a great job, the crown of the chimney has a nice rounded finish so the rain water will flow right off. They cleaned up when they were finished. We asked them about the fine lines and small cracks in the chimney stucco, they said it was not done right by the original builder so we will have them come back and re-do the stucco.
