"Mr Besada work was perfect. He is very detailed oriented and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. He installed all the upper floor and did the stairs. He did I not waste materials, so he was able to do the stairs part with the left over floor usually allocated for the 10% waste. Clean and efficient. Mr Besada answered the phone every time I called him for questions and he communicated well. My dogs loved him imminently. We are hire him back to do the floors in the new office."
