Their tile work wasn?t the best and we actually have an issue with some of the tiles that they did some grout work that I haven?t been happy with. It has just been difficult for them to figure out how to correct it. The guy that came out was reasonably professional and a friendly guy. Occasionally, there would be times when we thought that they would not show up, but they usually called at some point during the day. Their pricing was reasonable and the clean up was very good."

Only three showed up to give me a estimate,the other 4 never called me back. In this age of instant communication, I feel that sometimes customer service is a thing of the past.Of course, I remember going to the gas station and a attendant would fill your gas tank,check your oil and wash your windows.Ah,the good old days!
