"They did great work. However, Cody was very rude. I got a call saying they found the leak and that it could be repaired versus replacing. I said I was almost home and had to talk to my husband. I arrived 5 minutes later i which I asked to be shown where the leak was and asked for the price of repairing versus replacing. Cody preceded to go ahead and break the waterline and then told one of his staff members to tell her that it is already broke now so there is nothing to decide now. Mind you I am standing 6 feet away from him. He then preceded to be rude and dismissive the entire time they were there. Had a problem because I wanted shoe covers worn and my carpet not to be ruined. Had a problem with my tenant having to get out the driveway to go to work. Seemed to have a problem with my breathing. I will vouch that the work was good but to be treated as I was is unacceptable and I will not use them in the future or recommend them to friends or fellow nurse co-workers for any of their projects."
