The skill level of owner Jeff Chevillet and his assistant Eddie when caulking and painting with trim brushes and rollers was outstanding and the quality of latex paint used was the best. They worked quickly and efficiently with little or no mess, used razor blades to remove any paint on windows and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was complete. They showed up on time and did what they said that they would do. The exterior repairs using 1 x 6, 2 x 6 and hardipanel was quality work done quickly. "The project went very well!! My mother-in-law's cottage needed exterior work as requested by her homeowner's insurance company. Terry had a crew demolish and remove an exterior brick chimney. Additionally, Terry 1) installed board and batten siding to the location where the chimney had been, 2) installed plywood roofing, tar paper and shingles to the newly created gap where the chimney had exited, and 3) replaced, primed and painted a fair amount of rotted boards on the exterior of the cottage. He kept us apprised of his schedule, even texting photos of his progress. My mother-in-law was delighted when he trimmed some trees as well (not even in the work scope) and came in about $500 less than he had estimated. Overall, the job took about 3 days to complete."
