I have heard from friends that contractors left them in the lurch for months while sorting things out and waiting for other jobs to be completed. This was definitely not the case. Our entire job from the first phone call to finish was completed in less than three weeks (including our week long trip out of town) by this awesome team. These guys are probably not the cheapest, and if that is your priority please take into consideration the following. Change orders were handled without any drama and two punch list items (microwave installation and cabinet/drawer pulls) were both completed without additional cost. "Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked. "Eran came on time gave me a reasonable price proposal and even offered to fix the crack in my marble counter in my master bath at no additional charge when I mentoined it needed some help at the end of our conversation! On the day, he and his crew arrived on time and were careful when they moved a my dining table and other furniture items. Eran stayed with his team and the job went smoothly and in fact they finished a couple of hours early. I lhad to leave before they had finished, and when I returned they were gone,  all the furniture was placed back in tis original locations, everything was cleaned of any dust. The floors and grouting were all perfect and looked great. I will def use this company again. Highly recommend!

"Ken and Hugo are fantastic! We have had them remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms, one being the master. Both bathrooms were complete demolition and remodel, and one needed to reroute the existing plumbing. All three remodels turned out amazing! Their tile and granite work are superb. They guided us along on all three projects, offering suggestions and pointing us to the right vendors to get our materials, all of whom made this overwhelmed couple feel very comfortable, and helped with the designs. We are so happy with the results and feel very fortunate to have found them."
