He came out the same day to look at my main water line leak and got a "key" on the curb-stop within an hour so we could turn our water on/off to limit the flooding in the yard. Digging to repair the line had to be delayed due to rain, but Dan kept me informed about his timeline throughout -- excellent communication! Dan and Corey came back with excavation equipment as soon as the weather allowed and in just a couple hours, they had dug the 8-foot hole, replaced the damaged section of pipe, and were just waiting for the city to inspect.
