"I first hired Daniel and his team to scrape my front yard to get it ready for spring planting, and to plant four new trees. They did such a good job, I was thrilled to hire them right away to build a new retaining wall in my 100-year old house basement. They worked within the timeframe I needed them to, as I also was working with another company to replace my furnace. The wall came out better than I could have imagined! When I had some leakage problems with my sprinkler system, they came and worked on that, as well as replaced an old valve. They went above and beyond on my multiple projects. Daniel and his team are pros! I highly recommend them and look forward to using their services again! Thank you D&D!"

"Beyond outstanding Nate and his team were extraordinary on every level from initial meeting with Nate through full completion of the extensive project. Our advise is do not spend your time getting several estimates from other deck builders. Even though the ones we did get to compare were okay, in the end hands down, that was not necessary. Nate is everything he and his company stand for in professionalism, attention to detail, and especially superb master craftsmanship at their trade. I watched day in and and day out the skill and integrity of the builders, measure, remeasure and check again before cutting any piece of material. They had the detailed plan's in one hand and their tools in another, and were constantly leaning over these plans to be sure everything was completed with extreme accuracy. And, the workmen just really seemed to love fulfilling their craft. They worked long and hard. And Nate was proactive in communicating any reason for not being on sight any given day - which was only weather related. Pre, mid and post interaction with the foreman who was also hands on, on sight was extremely comforting. In conclusion, we opted for the more expensive Trex and metal railings and are so glad we did. We absolutely love our deck and highly recommend RMCD's as your first and only choice in deck replacement or repair. Marlen and Bobbi"

"Jose and his team are fantastic!. I couldnâ t be more pleased with the quality and customer service. Jose and Alfredo are so knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure everything is just the way I wanted it. Their attention to detail is remarkable and they really went the extra mile. The pricing was on point with other estimates that I had gotten but Iâ m so glad we went with Quality Decks. I recommend them to anyone looking to improve or build a deck."

"MDH Decks built a beautiful large and spacious composite deck complete with steps and a gated entrance that exceeded my expectations. Mike (owner/builder) is extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with his analysis of repair/replacement and at no time did I feel wary of cost or proposed work/materials. Out of 4 estimates, MDH Decks was the most reasonable and most thorough. You cannot put a price on attention to detail and competency and that made choosing MDH Decks easy. My assigned work crew was professional and reliable, especially crew leader Jamie. The work site was always maintained at the end of each day. After all the horror stories I've heard about contractors in Colorado Springs, I can definitely say that MDH Decks is heads and shoulders above the rest. I cannot include enough accolades to express how I feel about my new deck. It has enhanced my home by 110% all thanks to MDH Decks."

"10/10 experience! Our sales manager Jaden was extremely helpful, working within our budget and giving us a heads-up on sales to save us money—zero high-pressure tactics. Josh (Construction Manager) and Noe’s crew are unbelievable. They worked incredibly fast and hard, even through heavy rain, with positive attitudes the entire time. Before this, we practically had a river flowing through our yard during heavy rain that was washing out our neighbors' landscaping too. Because it rained during installation, Josh and Noe were able to troubleshoot in real time, installing grading, French drains, and box drains that work flawlessly. They completely solved our severe runoff issues and turned our space into a safe, functional, and stunning backyard for our two young daughters. The full transformation from demo to finish took only 9 days. Highly recommend working with Josh, Noe, and the whole team!"

"David did a great job with rebuilding our deck! We love his dedication to building excellent structures!"

"They were timely and the estimate was actually lower than what I was expecting. When they came out to do the estimate, they were upfront and gave me several options for deck railing so I was able to make a choice instead of just one option. I made a list of what I needed fixing and we went through the house one by one and it was awesome! This was the first time I had a contractor actually walk around and make sure that he understood everything on my list and checked everything off before they left to give me a proper estimate. I would definately hire this company again!"

"Did great work replacing a storm door and an exterior door for us - they look and work great, he even came back out six months later to make adjustments at no cost when one of them shifted a little with the weather."

"We loved working with Ernest. He answered every question I had in a very timely manner (within minutes of my text). We have 100% exterior siding (no rock or brick. Our house was a big job and Ernestâ s crew had our James Hardy siding completely finished within 2 weeks and they were able to start immediately. The crew worked non-stop except to break for lunch. I have referred a friend to GS exteriors and I will continue to refer people. I am 100% satisfied."

"I hired Karsten for a full bathroom remodel. He gutted out old tub, tile, fixtures and counter. I had him install an arched shower floor to ceiling with a shelf and entirely new fixtures. He did the framing, plumbing, tile, and painting for the bathroom making it entirely custom. I’m very happy with the bathroom and the professionalism of Karsten and his team. Thank you !"
