"Connor and Harry were polite and professional during the initial meeting and provided valuable information about the process, the materials. Approximately 10 days after signing the contract I reached out for an update on timing and did not hear back. When I did hear from the project coordinator it was 12 hours (yes you read that right) before the subcontractor was due to show up the next day. The first 3 lines of the contract stated pulling a permit in advance of the job starting, laying out tarps around the perimeter of my garage, and the delivery of the materials in advance of the job starting. The permit was pulled after the job was completed after I requested a copy for my insurance company. The materials arrived about an hour after the subcontractor finished stripping the roof. The garage perimeter was cleaned up. I ended up having to call the building inspector to request an inspection (which was approved) Overall, I am disappointed in the execution of this project. "
