I spoke with Emily who took my info and immediately set an appointment for me the same day! At approximately 4:00 pm, I received a call from Ginger stating that my technician Michael Farley was on his way!!! Michael made short work of the issue (new Capacitor). I am extremely pleased (and COOL) with WILBURS!!!!! I can?t forget the Manager- Matthew!! He is trustworthy, hardworking, knowledgeable, and super talented!!!!"
