"1) Outside faucet was replaced and works great. 2) Tech found and removed a bit of plastic that we couldn't find. Noise gone. 3) Problem determined to be a bad solenoid. He didn't have the part but he did put me in touch with Delta to order it. I'll have to put it in myself or pay another service call. 4) Tried to repair with new flapper balls (which I had already tried). Dye revealed slow leak continued, so he replaced one entire flush assembly which stopped the leak. He only had one kit on his truck though, so the other one I will have to replace. That's annoying. The professionalism downgrade is due to 1) the wet-vac he used to suck water out of the toilet tank sprayed fine drops of wet, greasy water across my bathroom. I was right there and cleaned it up in a few minutes with paper towels (and threw the dirtied rug in the washer). I told him it was no big deal, but it was annoying that he didn't apologize. He just said "it has a filter" like it hadn't just happened right in front of me. 2) He later dribbled a little blue-dyed water across the clean upstairs bathroom floor as he was going back out to his truck. My wife found it and was angrily asking me what happened (upstairs) when he came back in. He yelled "because I'm an idiot" and went upstairs. I thought that was his way of apologizing but no -- he was angry because he wrongly thought my wife called him that. She didn't, and she told him so. He said "I thought that's what I heard". My wife was so upset at being falsely accused she left the house. When he was all done and ready to leave I confronted him on this, telling him I was there and my wife did not call him an idiot and that she is not one to say such things. He finally apologized, but my wife wasn't there to hear it. Finally, he spent 15 minutes or more working up the bill. I thought I would get details on what each repair cost, but the receipt only had totals. I thought it was a little expensive, but I don't have much experience with plumbing costs. I was happy to get 10% off because we are also an HVAC customer."

I chose Weir Family Plumbing because of an honest estimate, breakdown of what may be involved and what work would be performed, and was very reassured when speaking on the phone with Brandon, who was able to come out and assess my needs the same day. After taking a look at my bathroom and fixtures, he presented an estimate that was much lower than I anticipated. He scheduled me the same week and arrived when he promised, and was able to get everything done promptly. I expected a few unexpected things to happen with the age of my home but he was prepared and didn't have to leave to get anything. When the plumbing work was finished he was able to show me the work and explain what he did in a very easy to understand fashion, and afterwards he finished the light tile repair and cleaned up my bathroom and the other side of the wall he had to access to get to the tub fixture was put back together very nicely, and it looked excellent. Before he left, he showed me how to use the new faucet fixture and showed me everything working properly and was very easy and friendly to talk to, and didn't mind when I checked in while he was working. When everything was completed and he left, I felt very confident in using my bathroom as intended, and I haven't had any issues since the repairs were done. "The day after my living room ceiling collapsed (in July 2015) Ryan and Adam of Sooner State Home Repair arrived to cover the gaping hole in the ceiling with a large sheet of plastic and to help me contact my insurance company. Adam met with the adjuster in order to assist with his evaluation of the damage. Sooner State made follow up telephone calls to my insurance company after the adjuster submitted his report in order to insure that all repairs were covered. Because of all the dust and fiberglass that were generated by the collapsed ceiling, the crew thoroughly cleaned the room and covered all items that could not be removed before reconstruction could begin. All doors and walls were covered as well. Two attic rafters had to be framed before drywall and insulation could be installed.  Once the living room was completed, the crew covered everything in the kitchen before dropping the ceiling in order to prepare for its replacement. (Note: both the insurance adjuster and my contractors agreed that a slight bulge in the kitchen ceiling drywall indicated that it was due for replacement.) After the kitchen ceiling drywall and insulation were installed, both ceilings were painted, a new ceiling fan was installed in the living room and 5 pot lights were added to the kitchen ceiling. A few days later, my air ducts were professionally cleaned. Finally at least 5 hours were spent thoroughly cleaning both rooms. I can honestly say that my house has never looked better! Everything this construction crew did (drywall, insulation, painting, electrical, framing, cleaning) was done with expertise and professionalism ."

"When I called Buddy's to fix a leaky pipe in my crawl space, they were at my house within 30 min ready to work. They crawled under my house, diagnosed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate and completed the work. I'm completely happy with their work."

"They did a whole house electrical inspection a couple of months ago, and they even changed out burned out light bulbs for me.  I give them a B on the price; they're a little high, but they do a good job.  I didn't even ask them; they just said have you got any extra bulbs, we will change them out for you. They weren't repairing anything, they were just inspecting to make sure my electrical system was working.  I've had an air conditioner, a heater, a whole house generator, and a whole house humidifier put in by them.  They do annual electric and plumbing inspections as well as heat and air inspections, they are always extremely nice and do a good job when they do an installation, and I appreciate the inspections that are free.  They did an inspection last winter on the heater, but no work actually.  When they installed the new heater, it's worked just fine.  They just inspect it on a yearly basis."
