They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. "Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!

"The installers arrived with the product early on the 12th. They began with the base to the cabinet wall and to the desk. From there, they built upwards to the ceiling.  They insured that all the cabinet doors fit properly and that the drawers were installed properly and worked as planned.  Each of the book cases sections had 5 shelves. A light was added to the hutch bottom to give light to the desk.  Everything was made to order for the room, based on plans Brian drew up on two previous visits. The oak is stained to a light/moderate color and really brightens the room.  Having had a mixture of pieces in the room, this change makes a big differences. I am glad I called Brian and decided to have him and his associates build this home office.  If I see any other needs for casework in my house, I will certainly give him a call

"We were worried working with a contractor long distance. We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! We could not be happier with how our kitchen and baths were transformed. The rental agent who handles our property was so impressed with the results he plans to recommend Project Masters to other owners who are considering remodeling. The price was not the lowest of the estimates we obtained but was fair.  I have always found that you get what you pay for - what we got was a remarkably well done job, unusual attention to detail, and the job was completed on schedule! The last point is especially important because it allowed us to return our unit to the rental pool as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Project Masters and are already planning some additional work with them for our condo.

"A UNIQUE FEATURE WITH NATIONWIDE KITCHEN IS THAT THEY NEVER LEFT US WITHOUT A WORKING KITCHEN EXCEPT FOR TWO DAYS DURING THE ENTIRE MONTH OF CONSTRUCTION.  THIS IS A FEATURE NO OTHER COMPETITOR OFFERED AND BELIEVE ME THAT'S A BIG DEAL.  THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE TALENTED, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT AND CLEANED UP AT THE END OF EVERY DAY.  THERE WAS NOTHING FOR US TO DO EXCEPT WATCH AND PESTER THEM WITH QUESTIONS.  THE WORK IS NOW COMPLETE AND WE COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT.  THEY FINISHED THE JOB ON THE SCHEDULE THEY COMMITTED TO AND FOR THE AGREED UPON PRICE, WITH NO HIDDEN EXTRA COSTS; SOMETHING I NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE.  I'VE TOLD THE OWNER IF ANY FUTURE CUSTOMER WANTS TO SEE FIRST-HAND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK, WE ARE WILLING TO ALLOW THEM TO COME TO OUR HOME AND SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO."
