I had a large section of a wall and ceiling that were badly damaged from water. After the damage was removed, we discussed the only viable option -- fix the leak, most likely from the 100+ year old chimney in the center of the house, before it rains again! Two days later, the damage was repaired. Brady came back and did a fantastic job installing and finishing the drywall.
