"Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."

"They did an excellent job period. The stone was cut and matched really well to the rest of the stone. Except for the sound of the equipment and the breaking of stone I hardly knew they were there. The worksite was always neat, and everything was cleaned up when they left. They did not ask for any money up front and were very pleasant and professional. This is such a specific type of work that requires a very special skill set that I was afraid I wouldn't find anyone able to do this type of repair or willing to work on a relatively small job. "The owner ,Gary Brown, is the best to work with as he is extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. He worked with our insurance company to cover most of the work. The crew were very top notch professionals, very knowledgeable in their work.( even had to skillfully work around a 26 ft metal awning). As with any big project there were a few minor changes we requested which were attended to promptly and pleasantly by all involved. Not even the smallest detail was left unfinished! The quality of materials was great. We have gotten numerous compliments from people going by our house even strangers, on how good it looks. Our neighbors enjoyed watching the crew and commented on how well they performed their job. Gary also gave us free pointers on some other small projects we were tackling ourselves! "Shane and his crew evaluated our roof and determined that fairly extensive repairs were needed due to a poor job done by previous contractor : ( While he was open to partial replacement we determined a full year-off was a better option for both structural and cosmetic reasons. Shane and crew arrived as scheduled or notified us of change in plans (weather-related) as appropriate. The whole job took just over 2 days and each evening debris was removed and site left in good condition- minimal unavoidable damage to landscaping, very few nails found afterwards-' unlike previous contractors. When we had a problem Shane was very responsive and took care of the issue within a reasonable time. Great guy, good crew, nice job. Will hire again."

"It went very well, the crew looked very nice clean cut. I must say first impressions mean a lot to me. The estimator was very profesional and well mannered. When the men showed up for work they were timely and efficient. There was no cursing or smoking which was a big plus in my book! The owner told me that all of the workers have been drug tested. Thats a nice thing to know. The work went very well they work hard for two days.  I feel like i got a good value.
