"Mr. Calvo was on time, personable and professional. He examined the house from attic to crawlspace, including measurements and photos of: size and floor levelness of each room, widths of all cracks in ceilings, walls, tile floors. He examined the spacing of attic rafters, crawlspace piers, etc. He took measurements of wood moisture in the crawlspace and checked for integrity of the wood banding and floor joists, etc. Mr. Calvo patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions regarding his inspection (I asked a lot of questions). I found the experience to also be extremely educational as I had mistaken conclusions as to whether or not the cracks were indicative of a serious problem.
