"Old pool liner was leaking. Replaced the old liner. Excellent Service and Workmanship. After contacting them, the owner arrived the next morning and evaluated the situation. Verified that the old liner was leaking and gave a suggestion on a vendor for the new liner that would not cost as much as some of the known brands but of the same quality. They removed the old liner and prepped the area for installation of the new liner. When the new liner was ready, they arrived and finished prepping area for the installation. New liner was installed in about 5 hours. Installation was better than the last time I had to have the liner replaced. They sealed the joints in the walls and reinforced the corners where the liner was attached to reduce stress. Replaced all inlet covers and new gaskets. At the same time, I had them replace the sand in my sand filter. Also, they recommended that a pressure check be done to assure there were no leaks in the pipes. They arranged the check for me prior to the installation of the new liner. Overall, these guys were great and very professional. They answered any questions I had about the liner, the installation procedures, and why certain things were being done. They indicated that if the new liner was leaking, they would return, and determine where the leak was and fix it. I would recommend Pools of Dreams to anyone that needed any type of pool work done."

"John and Chris from Pool Medics are the real deal. They are professional, courteous and do what they say they are going to do. They only deal in 27 mil li era because they want to provide a high quality job. Scheduling the project was right on the time frame they said when we first planned it. There were no hidden surprises. You can tell an expert when they Meticulously measured the pool for well over an hour. When I asked Chris about it, he explained that after measuring all the dimensions it should add up exactly the the total pool size, if not then the liner won’t fit right. I thought wow you really know your stuff. The install took 3 days - 1 day to drain the pool, 1 day for John and Chris to remove the old liner, repair the pool facing etc and install the new one, 1 day to fill the pool to the point that the new skimmer and new returns could be installed. That was it. This was the easiest, low stress, cost effective project we’ve ever done. I will continue to use Pool Medics for any of my repairs or maintenance. They great guys!"
