"Ryan initially did an acceptable job with the overall master shower job. The problem - I requested a change in grout color along the outside of the shower area along the floor as it dried to a poor match with the original tile floor grout color . I was promised that he would come back to complete this simple adjustment using a different grout color. Simple fix! After many attempts to contact him, he has failed to call or text me back. He has totally blown this off! This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't disrespect customers by making empty promises. I am very disappointed with him personally and I will not use Grout Medic or recommend the company to individuals."
