They responded to my request the next day and gave me a straight price per sq ft with no extras or up selling. Made an appointment right then. The guys showed up on time and were done in about an hour, very clean and efficient and there was no mess or cleanup whatsoever. "Me and my husband live in a condo in Los Angeles. About 6 months ago the neighbors upstairs rented their condo. The new neighbors are a family with two kids who are very sweet, but like to wake up early and throw stuff on each other. (At least thatâ s what itâ s sounds likeâ ¦) we talked to a few different contractors, most have offered us to inject insulation to the ceiling. His level of knowledge exceeded everyone else's, and he was wiling to make everything as clear as possible for us. The price wasnâ t cheap, as the construction included demo, installation of many materials and even lowering the ceiling. The project took about 2 weeks and we could see the difference right away. We could barely hear any thing!! What a huge difference! The crew were cleaning after every day of work and were very professional. "When the initial man came to inform us of options, I knew right away that this is the company I wanted to hire! Very knowledgable from many years of experience. Answered all of our questions . Very professional & EXCELLENT Customer service. One thing we learned is not all Insulation contractors are honest. We learned that our past company (I can't remember their name) did not spray any insulation above our kitchen and the rest of the area was sparse & did not meet standard regulations. 805 Insulation has high standards & price was lower than we expected. We no longer have a draft coming from there! They also insulated the entrance and put in deflectors to direct any outside wind up over the insulation.
