"Easy communication. I needed a bathroom exhaust fan installed where there is no attic access. The project included wiring and ductwork to the exterior as well as drywall removal and repair, and then finishing everything beautifully. The two-man team of Vasquez did as instructed and also fixed some old shoddy work that was in the way of the new duct and wiring. They used good materials and did good work at a good price. They were also very respectful of my home, keeping the mess contained and cleaning up after. I would hire again."

"I cannot say enough good things about Tito and his team. They performed a very high-quality job for a fair price. Our house needed an exterior repaint, plus a few other carpentry repairs as part of its regular upkeep and maintenance. Luckily Tito had multiple very talented and hard-working people on his team. The bulk of the exterior repainting was done by Jesus and Dimitry. Some areas where the wood or trim mouldings had suffered minor damage were repaired by Carlos. The more complex carpentry repairs on a section of our rain gutters’ fascia boards were done by two gentlemen both of whom were named Roberto. Tito was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Jesus, Dimitry, Carlos, Roberto, and Roberto were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They did a very meticulous job. When it came to subtle details, Jesus in particular had a great sense of what was the best solution and why. He was full of great insight and expert advice. This team did such a great job that I extended the scope of the project to include re-staining our redwood fences as well. This is one of the best contractor crews I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. From a purely functional perspective, our house is now much better protected from the elements, and from an aesthetic one, it looks refreshed and revived. Whether it was painting or carpentry repair, Tito and his team could cover all of our needs. Tito was also very helpful with his recommendations for areas beyond the initial scope of the project. At some point I needed some special mouldings and he helped me save on costs by recommending where I could pick up the right parts myself. He also referred us to a good roofer for a minor patching task. All in all, this was a very positive experience with an extremely professional crew that I can recommend without hesitation."
