"Amazingly, it was 90 feet of fencing. He did it piece by piece and even reinforced the bottom so that no "critters" could enter our patio. All was done in 2 days, and he even did a few little touch-up things with the landscape. we are considering having him do a stone wall at the property line shortly. We are very happy with his work"

"Impressed! Johnathan and Gio were so professional, courteous, and sympathetic to our situation. I had the unfortunate experience of a root intrusion in my sewage drain and these guys made it right! They worked hard and made sure we still had use of bathrooms during the project. It wasn't the cheapest but when I saw the skill level everyday, I believe I got what I paid for and this isn't something you want to be cheap on when its under the slab! "Landscape West was great from the beginning! John came out and gave us a free consultation/estimate. We changed our minds a lot and he always stayed patient with us and adjusted the estimate accordingly. Once we decided to continue with their service, it was very fast and efficient. They started working on our yard a little over a week after we confirmed. They did the entire backyard in 4 days! We changed our minds on a few concepts along the way and they still made sure it was done exactly how we wanted. We got synthetic turf in our yard as we have a dog who runs and plays around the yard so it was the best option for us. She loves it! :) It looks very real, but without all the work! We also had them landscape with plants, trees, and rocks all around the edge of our yard. Additionally, they tore down an old, ugly pergola for us -- and put in a drip system, a flagstone patio, and an additional flagstone path leading to our backyard shed. The experience was great from start to finish and I felt comfortable telling John exactly what I liked and didn't like. He was always extremely responsive to my emails/calls and I got just what I wanted in the end. It was a large amount of work and they did it all in 4 days-- and the quality is wonderful. I FINALLY have my backyard looking the way I wanted!"

"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."

"Could not be more pleased with our experience with TheDrainCo. Mark (owner's husband) came out and completed the job within a couple hours of my initial call. Problem turned out to be a worn/split hose from the washer which was leaking out onto the floor, but he also augured (?) out the outside drain pipe, and fixed an unrelated minor issue on a nearby bathroom faucet."

"The first guy came over and took pictures on an ipad and gave an estimate. I have tile on the first portion of the roof and then the rest is a graded flat roof. He entered the roof from the front meaning he walked on the tiles. After the repairs we completed, we had another big storm and the roof leaked where the tiles were. I later learned you are not supposed to walk on tile. I think he may have disturbed something causing the new leak. He was professional and explained all of the costs, showed me photos. The actual repair person came while I was at work and did the repairs. He sent pictures of all of the completed work. The leak that I called for repair was repaired and never leaked again. He cleaned up the roof as well. I was happy with this. I tried contacting them again but never received a reply. Overall, they got the job done but I believe more care should be taken on a tile roof. I think they should be more responsive to emails because I would have used them again. They were responsive to the initial scheduling and consultation but after that, I could not get a reply."
