Ben came out for a quote quickly and provided a step by step overview of how the permit and repair process would go in phases. Pricing was reasonable with a breakdown of items in material and labor.His foreman and workers did a fabulous clean job of fixing the roof. Workmanship and finishing was superb. He recommended double paper as an industry standard instead of the peel and stick that we were thinking. We have gone through three weeks of rains and the water flow into the gutters has been efficient. "A couple of months ago, we had a leak in our tile roof, so we called Alfa Roofing. Eddie came out, looked it over and explained to me why I was having a leak. It had to do with the way 2 sections of my tile roof came together to form a valley. He recommended cutting the tiles that were overlapping in the valley, so that the water would get redirected in the right direction. No one else who had looked at the roof suggested that. It made total sense, so we hired Alfa Roofing. Everything about the way they handled the job was professional. They started and fully completed the job in 2.5 days. I decided to wait until we had some good rain storms before writing this review. Well, we have now had a couple of really good soakers, so I m happy to report that everything so far, looks great. I do not see any leaks in the area that originally had them. I m really glad that I hired Alfa Roofing. Eddie is reasonably priced, fair and professional and I enjoyed working with him."

"My experience with Above All Roofing was Excellent. I was looking for a company to repair a leak I had in my metal roof. After several calls with no luck, I decided to go on Home Advisor, and they were the first company listed with high ratings. I gave them a call, and spoke with Jesse. I explained my problem and Jesse said they could have someone come out right away. As soon as they came, they immediately went on the roof and diagnosed the problem. They came back the next day at 7.45 am and started work. They finished the job promptly and everything looked Great. I would definitely use them again if I need a new roof or repair."

"I have signed a contract with them; they told me a tentative date (when I spoke to Bill Jordan) for around the end of November, and I received a contract in the mail from them requesting a signature. They told me they have to have a contract before they can put us on the schedule, so we signed the contract and faxed it back to them and have found out that the date has been pushed back to the end of December. I signed the contract initially and sent the contract in and asked for an approximate date, and he initially told me they were scheduling us towards the end of November. We faxed our copy back in so we could be put on the schedule, and mailed a hard copy as well. I asked for a signed copy of the contract with a representative signature, but again it didn?t have the approximate dates on the contract and so we asked for it again and received another contract with some additional wording that had the approximate dates but said ?weather permitting?. Now I have a copy with the dates and additional wording that wasn?t on the contract we signed, and I would just like to get the work done closer to the dates Bill said, rather than December 28th. We?re worried about this because of a potential weather situation with El Nino, as we have an old roof and we?re both retired seniors. It?s a small house and a relatively small contract and we would like to have them work on getting us in there earlier, closer to the end of November or earlier if possible. We do understand that these are approximate dates, but the first date Bill mentioned is around the end of November and we would like to see it closer to then or even earlier if they can fit us in."
