Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in Mooseheart, IL

"They were able to assess the job with a couple of photos to recognize the old power-vent heater I had and what a replacement would cost. We discussed options, and they could upgrade me to a tankless heater for a relatively small increase. Was in and out fairly quickly and we were very satisfied with the new tankless."

"It went well. The guys who installed the water heater were very professional and answered my questions."

"After buying a water heater at Menards and getting it home, I called Plumb-it Inc about 1:30 p.m on a Monday. I think it was Scott who answered (no recorder!) and he said he could have 2 guys out to our house within 45 minutes to install it. The job went so smooth. They did arrive within 45 minutes. The 2 guys were very knowledgeable about installing a heater. They were efficient, quiet, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They also took the old heater and the box the new heater came in. What more could we ask for? They did everything we expected."

"We had our water softener replaced and it went so smoothly. David and his son did great work and were very flexible with our schedule!"

"It couldn’t have gone better! Carl was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, he smelled gas which is why he replaced the valve on my water heater. It was a great visit!"

"They were very responsive and able to replace my water heater quickly. I was given several options for the replacement. Lenny was excellent"

"I called Dorian to replace our water heater. He came out that day and relaxed our water heater and adjusted some pipes. He was very professional and most importantly honest and reasonable with his pricing. I would highly recommend him."

"The job to replace water heater was done well overall. They claimed that an additional plumbing job was mandatory and that they would not proceed without that. There was no way for me to verify whether this was mandatory or not. I had requested them to wait for me to review the additional work (I drove home while they begun the job). I may have been 3-5 minutes late and they were gone. I requested that I would appreciate if somebody comes by and shows me the additional work and the cost justification for it."

"I originally spoke with the owner Patrick Lorenz,, who gave me an idea how we should approach this problem. I thought I needed a tankless hot water heater, which is very expensive but he gave me an alternative that I’m happy with. I had a tankless hot water heater in the past and that’s all I knew about getting instant hot water. The system he set up for me is just as good and cost pennies on the dollar compared to tankless. Might not be good for everyone, but it’s served our purpose. And I’m 100% satisfied I would highly recommend Lorenz Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional job and save a few dollars."

"They came and they installed everything in one day. I just stayed out their way. That was all. Yes, I have an older house which has baseboard heat. They had to install the evaporator in the attic in the crawlspace of the house. They couldn't install it in an traditional way."
