ReliaLift's technician, Matt Cantin, provided excellent service.  He thoroughly inspected my garage door, shared a wealth of knowledge about my garage door system, and replaced the old worn out rollers on my garage door with new rollers.  Overall, he was very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable.  He never tried to upsell me on something I didn't need and was very trustworthy.  The only modestly negative concern I would like to note is that we rescheduled once due to the cold weather (not ReliaLift's fault) but then they moved my time slot on the day of service 2 additional times.  Still, I would recommend ReliaLift (especially Matt) and use them again for future garage door repair needs.

During the job interview/review, Charles described how he would treat certain areas, answering our questions patiently and completely. Charles is a hands-on businessman. He personally managed and worked side by side with his crew. He is very concerned with customer satisfaction. He voluntarily performed additional mud work when he noticed some imperfections that he felt should be addressed in addition to the work agreed upon. When we raised a question about the color of the paint looking different than the sample, he postponed applying it until later that day, when we were satisfied that it was the correct hue. When a large, bulky cabinet needed to be taken off the wall, his team willingly assisted. Charles made certain that the work was done perfectly. When there was an item here or there that needed attention, his attitude was unfailingly positive and he attended to it immediately. "Chris Barron did an exceptional job on my window repair. I called around to several window repair companies but everyone of them corkscrew do what I needed to have done. Their websites would say window frame or still repair but when they called, they would try to sell you window replacements. Chris is the ONLY one who actually did repairs. He was able to fit me into his schedule because I needed the work done ASAP."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

".He asked if there were any other items I needed done while he was there.  I had him add a plug receptacle outside in my back yard  and he replaced a good portion of the electrical power box in my house becauese it was no longer up to code.  I checked into it to make sure he wasn't selling me a bill of goods.  It did need to be updated.

"Kimberly Painting painted the exterior of my home last Fall.  First I noticed they did a nice job of prep work such as pressure washing, caulking, scraping etc.  The carpentry work on some windows and eaves was excellent.  All rotten wood on the house had been identified and was replaced very well.  The crew worked very hard, were personable, and cleaned up after themselves.  The house looks great and i have gotten many compliments on how nice it looks.  I have recommended Kimberly Painting to several friends and neighbors already.
