"They set up times to do it and couldn’t show because of weather and moved me to the bottom of the list for scheduling.  When they showed up they didn’t have the correct wreath . I had agreed to pay extra.  They also wrapped some lights around trees and about two days later one of the strings went out and they said there was nothing they could do about that.  When they came out to take them down they essentially ripped everything down."

"I graded this job as an A because of Matt's great attitude and willingness to get the job done.  I needed plastic sheeting put on the inside of the downstairs windows for weatherproofing.  This was a tough job and he had a bit of trouble getting them sealed properly.  The first one he did is still leaky but each succeeding window had a better seal.  I also had 2 doors that needed help - deadbolt replaced on one and doorknob replaced on the other.  Both needed repair as neither closed completely and were hard to open.  One also needed weatherproofing.  He did a great job on these.  I needed help putting down a large area rug under my bed and he devised a way to accomplish it (the bed was very heavy and this was probably a 3 man job).  Lastly I had an outdoor floodlight that needed replacing and a double light switch I needed converted to a single dimmer switch.  He discovered that the floodlight unit itself was old and needed replacing.  He had run out of time so plans were made and I scheduled another visit in 5 days - he'd replace the floodlight and the dimmer switch.  The disconnect of the floodlight caused the breaker to go off and I had no lighting for the stairs going to the garage so I was pleased when he called the very next day and had time to come out and finish the work.  He had a creative solution to change the double switch to a single dimmer and replaced the floodlight in the time allowed.  I would use this service again for any general handyman jobs and would ask for the same person.  My recommendation for clients would be to make sure you have all supplies needed for the job, and make sure the products are going to work for the job."
