"I chose HDEZ Gabinets for my owner suite bathroom remodel. This contractor provided an all inclusive price for demo, subfloor repair, plumbing, electrical work, painting, custom cabinetry and shower glass. Some items were included or I received a credit if I provided the item myself. The subcontractors cleaned up as they worked and protected our home. The price was more than fair and Pedro stands by his work. Our bathroom is beautiful and we are already thinking about getting our kitchen done. I researched Pedro and his company thoroughly before hiring him. Because of my job, I need to trust who was brought in my home and I also see contractors take advantage of people. "Do not use SEUD for your underdeck system Wish there were negative Stars that I could give to this company. The under deck was installed in February of 2023, and it so happened that it rained the very next day, the underdeck was leaking live a sieve. (it still does) Southeastern Underdeck has in the last 17 months sent over their technicians multiple times - but have not been able to stop the leaks. (The frequent repairs have left the panels nicked and dented) They have blamed the the leaks on everything other than their poor workmanship and bad product (1) improper installation of the deck, (2) disregard of the codes during the installation of the deck, (3) missing flashing under the deck, (4) water collection on the deck, (5) the deck being painted rather stained, (6) the lack of gap between the planks in the deck, (7) the water gushing down from the roof, (8) the gutters being blocked and finally the leaks were ascribed to (9) a piece of rotting wood on the chimney and (10) gap where the chimney meets the roof. Before we opted for SEUD's underdeck system - We had a corrugated underdeck system that never leaked - What they fail to explain or comprehend is why we never experienced leaks in the old system. My recommendation HOLD ON to the amount that is due - till such time there is rain and you are convinced that the underdeck system does not leak. Have a look at this to see the extent of the leaks [*** Link removed ***] the old underdeck syste and did not leak the reason it was changed was because it was made of corrugated material"

"Hail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Photos attached and it really makes a difference."
