"These guys are spectacular! I called Friday and Luis was here Monday to give an estimate on different options. He was extremely friendly and professional. We scheduled the service for that Thursday. I ended up changing my mind three times on whether to encapsulate or not. ( had to talk to my pest service/ hvac first) I called and asked if we could hold off until I got more information from the other providers. They were very accommodating during my moments of indecisiveness and didn't judge me for that. They came out the following week on Thursday expecting two full days of work. They finished Thursday night. Mr. Alirio is the owner and was here working hard with his crew. He even came out to the front yard when I was blowing leaves and grabbed his backpack blower and blew all my leaves in the front yard! These are hardworking, big hearted people! I was so impressed that I asked for an estimate of other services before they left and will definitely be using Mr. Alirio again."

"I highly recommend Stephan Bass (SC Bass Construction) for your Handyman needs!  EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!  I had an extremely minor repair request because I recently had to fire my Property Manager & am now managing my property remotely.  So, I needed a trustworthy & reliable Handyman; initially for something as minor as a beeping/faulty smoke detector, but I told him that I anticipate additional projects in the near future.  Tenant was not capable of assessing problem or repair/replacement...Stephan assessed the problem (correctly) over the phone (said the battery was probably installed incorrectly - even though my Tenant said she replaced the battery recently); gave a reasonable estimate over the phone (didn't try to upsell or unnecessarily repair/replace item); said he was nearby the location of my property; stopped by at the Tenant's convenience to assess the situation; was courteous to my Tenant, & it turns out, he was right - the smoke detector was only beeping because the battery had been installed incorrectly by both the Property Manager & the Tenant!  He said it was absolutely no trouble & refused to charge me for such a minor thing...he would not even accept my offer of a trip charge b/c he was nearby.  Good customer service, and trustworthy, reliable workmanship of this level are rare these days!   I will definitely be calling on Stephan Bass for my Handyman needs!  Thanks again, Stephan!"

"Patio Enclosures wasn't the cheapest estimate. But the professionalism of all of its employees, as well as the quality of their materials closed the deal. A crew came out, demolished the old slab, and poured the new one. The project manager, Kirt, came out at every stage to make sure we were happy with the way things were going. After letting the concrete cure for several days, Kirt brought by the installers. It seems like once they got started it was no time until they finished. Three days later we had the patio of our dreams. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big or small the job, they are totally professional and left the yard as clean as when they started."

"First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. We did talk to competing companies.  We were offered wood windows that required painting or cheaper material windows-same pricing.  We did have 2 full fiberglass doors installed also.  Ready for winter!!   Thanks, Dream Home"
