"Eran came on time gave me a reasonable price proposal and even offered to fix the crack in my marble counter in my master bath at no additional charge when I mentoined it needed some help at the end of our conversation! On the day, he and his crew arrived on time and were careful when they moved a my dining table and other furniture items. Eran stayed with his team and the job went smoothly and in fact they finished a couple of hours early. I lhad to leave before they had finished, and when I returned they were gone,  all the furniture was placed back in tis original locations, everything was cleaned of any dust. The floors and grouting were all perfect and looked great. I will def use this company again. Highly recommend!

He was very concerned about the amount of enclosure our plumber wanted to remove to repair a leaking valve so before work even began he made a point to be here to work with our plumber to ensure the best possible refinish. "Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked. "They were very prompt with the estimate and with getting the job done. They worked hard and got it all done in about 2 days which was much less time than we were expecting. The quartz installation and sub-top work was all very well done. They were also quite careful with the demolition to avoid damage to adjacent areas. There was some minor plumbing hookup left for me to do at the end, but I had been notified of this up front in the estimate. One recommendation I would have is to use some form of dust collection if possible when cutting the slabs outside. This process produces a lot of fine dust."

Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. Enner and his guys were conscientious, hard workers and kept everything neat and clean. If Enner was unsure of anything he always phoned me to make sure he was on the right path as I was out of state when he started the job. His tile work is stunning and I couldn't be happier. In the showroom, Andre was extremely knowledgeable and quite patient as we pondered each color and texture.  The carpet that we chose with his assistance is quite handsome, coordinates with the rest of the décor and is durable enough to withstand the traffic on the stairs.  Eli came to the house to measure the rooms.  He was very professional and also obviously quite an expert.  The layout of the blueprint that he provided to the installers resulted in a beautifully seamless finish.  Melquiades and Floencio did an outstanding job of installing the carpet.  I had no idea that the stretching of carpet is so incredibly physical and exacting.  Every person was polite and willing to answer all our questions.  They all treated our home and us with respect.  I

One week after installation, we had water overflow extensively in one of our bathrooms, onto the landing and into our new carpet.  Although we chose to use a very fine contractor who has a subcontractor to cover carpet, we chose to have Felikian's handle the removal and replacement of the affected carpet.  Again, they were prompt, efficient and professional in their response.
